merhaba! welcome to my amazing website, here’s what i look like if you don’t know me yet (give or take):

i’m currently doing my phd @cornell and @mskcc, as part of the tri-institutional phd program in computational biology & medicine. right now, i’m working on learning disease-critical gene programs with contrastive global embedding approaches. i’m a proud member of dey lab.

previously, i finished my undergrad @sabanci university, double majoring in computer science and engineering, & molecular biology, genetics, and bioengineering. after graduating, i also worked @icahn school of medicine at mount sinai as a research scholar.
